Do mold flow simulation and check the porosity area,
increase overflow size,gating size and volume,venting
cooling to be check at porosity area.
(Degassing of alloy if not done,Proper temperature of alloy and mold)

HPDC,LPDC,GDC(Semi Solid ongoing)
