工作职责:
1.Responsible for sales activities of MAGMASOFT, takeinitiative in developing new customers and maintain existingcustomers to achieve personal, department and company salestarget;负责MAGMASOFT的销售活动,积极主动地开发新客户维护现有客户,实现个人、部门和公司的整体销售目标
2.Find and analyze customer's needs, provide solutions to meetcustomer's demands.挖掘分析客户需求,提供方案解决客户诉求;
3.Establish and develop strategic relationships with newcustomers and existing customers;与新客户和现有客户建立和发展战略合作伙伴关系
4.Identify and prioritize opportunities, monitor competitor'sactivity with each account and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented:识别和区分机会,关注竞争者在现有/潜在客户中的活动,并制定和实施恰当的回应策略
5.Cooperate with department manager, technical dept. andmarketing department to achieve maximum impact through theuse of internal or external resources (e.g.. Organizing andcoordinating relevant marketing activities together withmarketing department, Support and educational developmentof existing customers):配合部门经理、技术部门以及市场部门,利用内外部资源达成市场影响(比如配合市场部协调相关市场活动,配合培训部进行培训活动)
任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in casting or metalmaterial ,大学本科学历及以上,铸造专业或者金属材料专业;
2.At least 3 years working experience in foundry and familiarwith HPDC process, MAGMASOFT simulation experience isan added advantage;3年及以上铸造工作经验,熟悉高压铸造工艺,具有MAGMASOFT模拟软件经验者优先;
3.Highly motivated and self-driven attitude, excellent oralwritten and presentation skills积极进取,独立自主,优秀的口语、书面语及语言表达技巧
4.Good communication skills, team work ability and strongpower on implement良好的沟通能力,团队合作能力和执行能力
5.Be proficient in Ms Offce (PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook):精通办公软件,如PPT, Word,Excel, Outlook;
6.Basic English level or be willing to improve English levelwhen necessary is highly preferred:具备基本英语水平者或有意愿因工作需要提升英语水平者优先
7.Frequent travelling (occasionally abroad)is required能够适应频繁的出差(偶尔国际出差)
